Do you make mailer boxes in kraft board?

Yes — plain kraft and printed kraft, on laminated E or B flute, or on solid kraft card for smaller sizes. Kraft shows ink duller than white board, so we proof it before running.

What is the minimum order?

500 pieces per design. Sizes are made to your dieline, not chosen from a stock list.

Can the box ship flat?

Yes. Mailer boxes are one-piece fold, shipped flat and folded at packing. No gluing step, so no glue line to fail in transit.

Why mailers are different from a carton

A folding carton is glued from a flat blank and sold on a shelf. A mailer is folded at packing, by the person shipping it. That single difference decides the whole spec: the creases have to run straight, the lock tabs have to hold once and stay holding, and the board has to survive a courier rather than a shelf.

Board	Kraft or white, laminated E-flute for small parcels, B-flute where the box has to take weight. Solid kraft card is available for flat, light items.
Printing	Offset CMYK on laminated board, or 1–2 spot colours on plain kraft. Ink on kraft reads darker and warmer — always proof it.
Structure	Built to your dieline. If you only have a product size, we return a die layout for approval before quoting.
Size	Any size that fits our press sheet. Very large mailers that waste most of a sheet are quoted by email instead of the instant estimator.
Minimum	500 pieces per design.
Packing	Flat, bundled, with a packing list per SKU.

Three things to settle before you order

1. Inside or outside dimensions? Quote the outside and the product will not fit; quote the inside and the box grows. We quote inside dimensions by default — say so if your dieline is drawn outside.

2. Does it travel in a polymailer or on its own? A mailer inside another bag loses corner protection; a mailer travelling bare needs a stronger board and a tighter lock. This changes the flute, not just the print.

3. Kraft or white? Kraft looks honest and hides scuffs; it also mutes colour, so a four-colour photo will read muddy. White board costs a little more and prints sharp. Send the artwork and we will say which way it goes.
