From your drawing to a sealed carton
Four steps, all on the same line — from your file to a glued carton, with no outside workshop in between. And we tell you what is wrong with the job before it reaches the press, not after the container has sailed.
Step 1 — Send the file
PDF, AI or a dimensioned sketch. If you have no dieline yet, send the product size and we return a die layout for approval. If the artwork was made by another factory, that is fine — we only check the die.
Step 2 — Dieline check, same day
We run the file against the press and the die-cutter and reply with anything that will misregister, crack on the fold, or jam the gluer. This is the step most suppliers skip, and it is the one that saves the run.
Step 3 — Digital proof
A printed, die-cut and glued sample, photographed in daylight, sent before mass production. The proof is charged and credited back against the order. Nothing goes to press without your written approval.
Step 4 — Production & packing
7–10 working days after proof approval. Flat-packed or pre-glued, packed per SKU, with a packing list in the carton. Export cartons and pallets quoted with the goods.
Problems we solve more often than you would think
These come up on almost every first order from overseas.
